Governance and strategy
Our Manifesto
“MBS deeply believes that our differences are the future resources of successful and socially responsible organisations. Among the world’s leading schools, MBS wants to embody the power of inclusion of all diversities. MBS works every day to train and prepare students to participate in changing the future, in full awareness of the impact of their decisions on the world.”
Nonprofit
At MBS, there are no shareholders. In fact, all the resources are invested to serve the teaching and social mission of our school.
MBS is a strict non-profit organization by legal status. It is and will always remain a non-profit school.
Montpellier Business School is an EESPIG (Private Higher Education Institution of General Interest). This French State label guarantees that all of our school’s resources are exclusively allocated to the public service mission of higher education.
2025 Strategy - #Making a Difference
MBS aspires to be internationally recognised for its policy of openness and social inclusion, its education, its high-level academic research, its territorial roots, its international influence and its contribution to the shaping of a socially responsible and sustainable economy and society with its partners.
The 2025 strategic plan is structured around 4 axes which are all based on the School’s core values: Ethics, Openness and Diversity, Responsibility and Global Performance.
PROMOTING OUR VALUES
MBS reasserts through concrete action its unprecedented commitment to the general human, societal and environmental interest.
EMBODYING OUR DIFFERENCE
Deeply committed to the multiple aspects of CSR, MBS structures its high-level expertise around an academic offer including research, teaching, programmes, certifications and business consulting.
INCREASING OUR FOOTPRINT
MBS affirms its territorial roots to better shine on the international scene.
MEASURING OUR IMPACT
MBS chooses to measure its impact through strong indicators, such as its pedagogical efficiency, the success of its graduates and the positive transformation of its client companies through innovative evaluation tools. This plan reflects the School’s ambition to actively participate in building an open, socially responsible and sustainable economy and society.
