Discover all the accreditations and labels held by MBS

MBS is recognised by the state as a Private Higher Education Institution of General Interest (EESPIG). Several of its courses are accredited with a bachelor's or master's degree recognised by the state after evaluation by the Commission d'évaluation des formations et diplômes de gestion (CEFDG). These courses are registered in the National Vocational Training Register (RNCP) drawn up by France Compétences.

EESPIG

MBS is an EESPIG (Private Higher Education Institution of General Interest). This label, issued by the French State, guarantees that all of its resources are exclusively allocated to the public service mission of higher education. Under associative status (law 901), MBS is firmly and permanently a non-profit organisation.

CEFDG

The role of the Commission d'évaluation des formations et diplômes de gestion (CEFDG) is to organise quality control procedures for higher education courses in commerce and management, with a view to building the European higher education area. It also examines the development of higher education management courses in line with the overall system of existing higher education courses.

France Compétences is the national authority responsible for financing, regulating and improving the vocational training and apprenticeship system.

Triple Crown — fewer than 1% of schools worldwide

AACSB

The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business accreditation is the guarantee of the best management training in the world. Less than 5% of the world's business schools are AACSB accredited. MBS holds this prestigious accreditation for all its programmes and activities.

EQUIS

Granted by the European Foundation for Management Development, EQUIS accreditation is awarded to schools that ensure a high standard of academic excellence, close links with the business world and strong academic research potential with a solid international dimension. Less than 1% of schools worldwide are EFMD-EQUIS accredited. MBS holds this accreditation for all its programmes and activities.

The oldest and most prestigious distinction for MBA programmes, awarded for the organisation and content of the programme and the level and quality of the faculty. Less than 2% of MBA programmes worldwide are AMBA accredited. The MBS Grande Ecole and Executive MBA programmes are AMBA accredited.

Qualiopi

The purpose of the Qualiopi mark is to attest to the quality of the process implemented by providers of skills development initiatives, and to make the training on offer more easily understandable to companies and users. It is awarded after evaluation by an approved certifying body on the basis of a national quality reference framework.

Diversity & Professional Equality Labels

MBS was the first higher education institution to obtain these two State labels. The Diversity Label is awarded to organisations that fulfil strict requirements leading from the definition to the implementation of a concrete and measurable diversity policy. The Professional Equality Label rewards exemplary and innovative practices in their approach to gender equality. To date, MBS is the only school to jointly hold the Diversity and Professional Equality labels.

DD&RS Label

MBS obtained the DD&RS (Sustainable Development & Corporate Social Responsibility) label for four years in 2022. This label validates the concrete actions already deployed by the school, its committed and inclusive strategic plan, and guarantees continuous improvement on these crucial issues.

MBS has been awarded the 4DIGITAL label. This label, issued by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE), enables schools to "have their mastery of digital technology recognised and valued, particularly in the service of distance learning and teaching, in France and internationally".

Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE)

The Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE) brings together 238 Grandes Ecoles, all of which are recognised by the State and award a Master’s degree. It is a forum for discussion and action, a guarantee of quality and an accreditation body.

The Conférence des Directeurs des Écoles Françaises de Management (CDEFM) brings together French management schools awarding a Master's degree. It is their spokesperson to national and international organisations responsible for teaching and research, and represents their common interests.

Erasmus+ Charter

MBS is a signatory to the Erasmus+ Charter. Since the origins of the Socrates/Erasmus programme in 1993, MBS has been part of the European Higher Education Area and applies European mobility principles to all its international partnerships, well beyond the borders of the European Union.

MBS is a signatory of the LGBTQA+ Charter of Commitment of L’Autre Cercle, which is the first European initiative to provide a formal framework for a policy to promote diversity and prevent discrimination. Through this ambitious Charter, MBS commits to refuse any potentially discriminatory practice and to adapt and provide access to all benefits and rights granted in the context of the organisation of daily life, conjugality or parenthood.
