Graduates of MBS’s Grande École Programme enter the job market quickly and sustainably, primarily on permanent contracts (CDI) and in positions of responsibility with managerial status.
While the main functions held by graduates in their first job fall within the broad field of sales and marketing, many also work in financial management, audit and consulting, procurement, and human resources.
The wide variety of specialisation options multiplies entry opportunities into the job market and the diversity of sectors. Graduates are found particularly in retail and distribution, consulting, audit and finance, the food industry, information technology, the social and solidarity economy, and the luxury sector.
Young graduates join large companies, SMEs and mid-sized businesses, but many also start their own companies — either right after graduating or after a few years in the workforce — with the possibility of continuing to benefit from the school’s support and its incubator (MBS Entrepreneurship Center) even after graduating.
