The first year of the Grande École Programme/Master in Management Programme is intended for international applicants who have completed a two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2 or equivalent) and who hold, or are expected to obtain by 31 October 2027, 120 ECTS credits or the equivalent, following two years of higher education after secondary school. After this date, students who do not meet the admission requirements will not be permitted to continue in the programme.
Successful candidates are admitted directly into the first year of the Grande École Programme, leading to a state-recognized Master’s-level degree (Bac+5 / Master’s Grade) accredited by AACSB and EQUIS.

Online application requirements
Applicants must upload the following documents:
- A valid identity document (passport)
- A passport-sized photograph
- A CV/résumé (in English or French, depending on the selected track)
- Academic documents (diplomas, transcripts and certificates), in their original language. If they are not issued in French, English or Spanish, an official translation into French or English must also be provided:
- Most recent diploma (if you have already graduated by the time of your application)
- Official and complete grades/transcripts from your past three years of studies, including the current semester if you are still enrolled
- A certificate of enrollment from your college/university/institution confirming your current registration (if you are still pursuing your studies)
- Language proficiency test results (English and/or French), issued within the last two years, may be submitted according to the chosen track, if available
- Non-French-speaking applicants applying for the bilingual track may submit a DALF, DELF or TCF score, or take the MBS French Test free of charge

Assessments
The admission process consists of two assessments, both conducted entirely online.
English Language Test (coefficient: 15)
Applicants may either take the free MBS English Test or submit an official English language test score obtained within the last two years.
Accepted tests include: MBS English Test, TOEIC Listening & Reading, TOEFL iBT, IELTS, ICIMS, Duolingo English Test, Cambridge English.
The MBS English Test is an online multiple-choice Listening & Reading test consisting of 80 questions, to be completed within 60 minutes.
Applicants must meet one of the following minimum score requirements:

Personality Interview (coefficient: 30)
- Pre-recorded video interview
- Approximate duration: 25 minutes
- 12 written questions randomly selected by the platform, to which applicants respond by video
- Response time: up to 1 minute 30 seconds per question
- No preparation materials are required
Purpose of the interview
The personality interview allows the admissions jury to get to know candidates beyond their academic background and assess their personal qualities and potential.
Applicants are invited to discuss recent experiences from various aspects of their lives, such as academic, professional, family, community or volunteer activities, sports and other extracurricular activities.
The questions are designed to evaluate, among other things, adaptability, initiative and anticipation, curiosity, open-mindedness and motivation. Candidates will also be asked to explain their motivation for studying in France, why they have chosen MBS, and how the programme fits with their academic and career goals.
The interview recordings will be reviewed and evaluated by the admissions jury at a later stage.

- Once your application has been reviewed and deemed complete, you will receive an invitation to proceed to the next stage of the admissions process
- After meeting the English and/or French language requirements, you will receive an email invitation to complete the final stage of the admissions process: the pre-recorded video interview
- Admission results will be communicated by email within two weeks of completing the interview
- To secure your place, confirm your enrollment and pay a €3,000 deposit
- Complete your administrative enrollment file on eCampus
International Admissions scholarship
Selected applicants may be awarded an International Admission scholarship of up to €2,000 towards tuition fees, subject to availability and admission results. Recipients will be notified directly in their admission offer email.

- Applicants must be under 29 years of age
- The applicant’s academic and professional profile must be approved by the MBS Career Center during the admission process and before signing the apprenticeship contract
