Dr. Maryline Meyer is associate professor at MBS, which she joined in 2010 after a thesis in economics and an early career as an assistant professor in HRM at ESSCA School of Management (France). Part of her research focuses on responsible HR management practices, particularly linked to employee commitment and motivation in the social and solidarity-based economy organizations. She is also interested in CSR strategies and more specifically in approaches valuing HR diversity. More recently, she studies inclusive management and new forms or organization.
Dr. Maryline Meyer is co-chairholder of the Chair MIND «Inclusive Management and Societal Engagement» and she leads the HR & Responsible Leadership Specialization in the Grande Ecole Programme. She teaches HRM and strategic diversity management in the Grande Ecole Programme and strategic CSR in the EMBA program. She also leads professional training missions in companies on these topics.
