I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at MBS. I am also an Associate Researcher at the Observatoire Amarok. In 2023, I obtained a PhD in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Montpellier. The topic of my doctoral thesis was: "Technostress, entrepreneurial burnout and mental health of small business owners during the era of the COVID-19 pandemic." My research interests are in the health and well-being of small business owners and entrepreneurs, the management of small and medium enterprises, burnout and the negative and positive aspects of information and communication technologies (ICT).
