Donoxti Baylon's expertise focuses on digital transformation, the ethics of technology, organizational change, and how organizations manage change and disruption. He completed his thesis at ESSEC Business School in 2018 and comes from the University of Strathclyde Business School in Scotland. He has published in Organization Studies, European Security, and case studies (Sage, CCMP).
