STUDENT EXPERIENCE
The student experience is present throughout all key stages of a student’s journey at MBS: from the first contact, admissions, integration, the teaching period, professional development, international exposure, interactions with administrative services, tools and resources available, campus life, student organizations, all the way to graduation and alumni relations.
A dedicated team leads this project with the ambition of supporting MBS’s strategic goal to place the student at the heart of its priorities and to work closely with them to meet their expectations in the best way possible.
THE MY MBS 2.0 APP
The Student Experience team surveys students every year on all aspects of their journey to propose projects that best meet their needs. This led to the launch of the new MY MBS 2.0 mobile app, designed to centralize in one place all the useful information and tools related to student life: class schedules, absences, grades, internship and work-study offers, directories, various services… This new feature meets the need for real-time communication with students via push notifications.
A dedicated team leads this project with the ambition of supporting MBS’s strategic goal to place the student at the heart of its priorities and to work closely with them to meet their expectations in the best way possible.
