To best meet students’ expectations, our Life Coaches offer two types of coaching:
– Individual Life Coaching: personalised support over several sessions, either face-to-face or by videoconference, until the goal is achieved.
– Life Coaching Group: collective support in small groups on a given theme. Several formats are available:
- Life Coaching workshops (example: getting to know yourself better to manage stress).
- Life Coaching trips: inspiring group experiences (examples: Deepen self-confidence and self-esteem through photography, taking control of your communications through theatre, deepen your self awareness through equi-coaching).
