A review of the 13th Scholarship and Financial Aid Award Ceremony
On Thursday, November 22nd, the MBS Foundation for Equal Opportunities presented its scholarships and other financial aid to the winning students.
In front of an assembly gathering the winning students, their families, representatives of partner companies and MBS employees, the 2018-2019 Scholarship and Financial Aid Award Ceremony highlighted the social policy of MBS and its Foundation for Equal Opportunities.
“It has been a traditional event for more than 10 years, and I would like to thank our partner companies for their support“, said Didier Grino, MBS’ Secretary-General. “But above all, this evening is the evening of all the winners!”
In particular, 3 excellence grants, 3 international excellence grants, 19 Aptitude grants, 1 collaborator grant and 1 young innovative and responsible company grant were awarded, which is a total of more than 120,000 euros of aid financed by the MBS Foundation for Equal Opportunities.
But that’s not all! This ceremony was also the opportunity to present a cheque for 7,138 € to the association “Enfance et Partage”, which protects and defends mistreated and abused children. As every year, this amount was raised thanks to the MBS’ No Goodies policy during the admission competitions.
The Rotary Scholarship, the Zonta Jane Klausman Award and the MBS Dakar Excellence Scholarships were also awarded to the winners.
Many thanks to the partners and companies who have historically and more and more actively participated in Montpellier Business School’s equal opportunities’ policy.
