Teaching and Research Mobility
At the core of MBS’s international strategy, teaching and research mobility serves as a key driver in strengthening the expertise of our faculty.
It fosters pedagogical and scientific innovation, supports the creation and sharing of knowledge, and reinforces our strategic alliances with more than 180 international universities recognized for their academic and scientific excellence.
The F&RES (Faculty & Research Exchange Scheme) initiative was launched by MBS in 2023 and is meant to institutionalise faculty & research mobility (vs. traditional “ad hoc faculty mobility”) and to achieve a holistic and truly multifaceted cooperation with a selected group of top international business schools.
F&RES visiting periods create a favorable context for the following academic activities: courses and/or lectures; research seminars and/or workshops; case writing; research projects; co-publication of academic papers; co-applications to research funds; thesis defense jury; peer shadowing or mentoring; visits of research hubs & labs, entrepreneurship centres or incubators, companies; etc.
MBS has developed a Graduate Research Visiting Programme (GRVP) which enables MSc, Master’s and PhD students to spend up to two months on the campus of one of the partner universities of the programme and benefit from the input and advice of a supervising professor specialized in the research area of their thesis, thus enhancing their exposure to international research.
MBS has established GRVP partnerships with three universities in Europe : UPF- Barcelona School of Management (Spain), Bayes Business School – City St George’s, University of London (UK) and University of Bradford (UK).
