Short Bio

Dr. Cédrine JOLY is Associate Professor at Montpellier Business School and Head of IMPACTS (Inclusive Management, Prosperity And Collective Transformation for Sustainability) center. Before her appointment as Head of IMPACTS center, she served as Director for the Grande Ecole Programme from 2019 to 2023 and was Head of the marketing, sales & communication teaching department from 2014 to 2019.

She has taught strategic marketing, marketing for impact-driven organizations and sustainable development at the Programme Grande Ecole, EMBA, Master of Science in Marketing and Executive Education Programmes.

Prior to her PhD, she worked for five years for the French Canal+ TV Channel as Marketing and Brand Manager. Her research interests cover strategic marketing & CSR, diversity & inclusion policies in the Business Schools context and in the process of employer branding. She is member of the Chair MIND and co-organizer of the excellence track for sustainability and leadership “Act for Change”.

She published academic articles in Journal of Marketing ManagementRevue Internationale PME and Management International.
