Short Bio

Dr. HDR. Magalie Marais is Associate Professor at Montpellier Business School. Her research focuses on sustainable development, corporate social responsibility (CSR), governance, alternative organizations, and inclusion within organizations. She is the co-founder in 2020 at Montpellier Business School of the “Chair MIND: “Inclusive Management & Societal Commitment”. Her research is published in leading journals such as Journal of Business Ethics, European Management Review, Corporate Governance: An International Review, M@n@gement, Management International, etc.
