Short Bio

 

Dr. Maryline Bourdil-Resch is an academic researcher in management sciences at Montpellier Business School (MBS), where she holds the position of Assistant Professor in the People & Organizations department. She is also an associate member of the Human Resources team at the Montpellier Research in Management (MRM) laboratory.

Her research focuses primarily on the search for meaning at work, the well-being of both leaders and employees, and managerial innovations in social and solidarity economy organizations, particularly SCOPs (Sociétés Coopératives et Participatives). She has published several articles on these topics, exploring, in particular, the ambivalent effects of managerial innovations on workplace well-being.

In parallel with her teaching and research activities, Maryline Bourdil-Resch is actively involved in academic networks such as the Academy of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (AEI) and the International Association for Research in SMEs (AIREPME).

She also contributes to professional publications, addressing topics such as business takeovers in SCOPs and family entrepreneurship.

Her research and commitments reflect her interest in organizational dynamics that promote meaningful work and the well-being of stakeholders in various contexts, from cooperatives to healthcare institutions.
