MBS Summer Programme is aimed at Undergraduate / Bachelor students from any background of studies, from all over the world, who are keen to discover the French “Art de vivre” and its impact on the business and management practices.
A 100% English taught program in a triple accredited institution ideally located in the South of France, in a city known as “the city where the sun never sets…”

Program
Dive into French luxury and lifestyle
Decision-making and managerial skills are affected by cultural differences, often in subtle ways. Based on the specificities of French culture, the participants will identify and manage cultural situations with kindness and tolerance, allowing them to understand the interactions between cultural differences and the workplace.
The participants will also discover the characteristics of the French style through the wine, jewelry, perfume, and luxury industry markets.
Discover sustainable business in Europe
Europe is full of business opportunities. The course will not only provide an insight of business practices within the European area but will also help students to think « out of the box” and imagine new management practices, especially those that foster the principles of responsible management.
Program Dates
The MBS Summer Programme runs from June 16 to July 11, 2025.
Courses and company visits will take place from Monday to Thursday.
Before the program starts, the enrolled students will receive a detailed schedule by email.
The 4-week program consists of approximately 80 contact hours (20 hours per module), corresponding to 12 ECTS credits.
Participants can enroll for the full four weeks or for two consecutive weeks corresponding to a block of 2 consecutive modules (Block 1 or Block 2) :
- Block 1 “Dive into French Luxury and Lifestyle” from June 16 to 27, 2025
- Module 1 : French excellence and savoir-faire – 3 ECTS credits
- Module 2 : The French Touch Experience – 3 ECTS credits
- Block 2 “Discover sustainable business in Europe” from June 30 to July 11, 2025
- Module 1 : European Business and Sustainability Dynamics – 3 ECTS credits
- Module 2 : Transformative and Social Entrepreneurship – 3 ECTS credits
Certificate of Completion and transcript of Records
At the end of their program, the participants will receive, in person, a certificate of Completion.
A Transcript of records, mentioning the courses taken by the participant, the ECTS credit value of each course and the mark/grade points obtained, will be mailed approximately one month after the end of the program, to the address requested by the student.
For additional transcripts, there will be a charge of 25 € for each ; additional transcripts will be sent by express airmail
Transfer of credits is at the discretion of your home institution. We strongly advise you to get approval from your home university in advance if you wish to add these credits in your study plan.
FEES
Application fee : 50€.
The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

What’s included in the program fee :
- Tuition for a total of 6 to 12 ECTS credits, depending on the duration of the program (2 weeks or 4 weeks)
- Company visit
- Pick up and transfer to the accommodation upon arrival
- Welcome coffee
- Montpellier city tour
- Farewell cocktail/dinner
- Certificate of completion (delivery subject to minimum class attendance of 80%)
- Transcript of records
The participants are responsible for all other expenses, including optional activities available upon arrival.
We strongly recommend that participants take out travel insurance for this matter.
Cancellation policy
The program fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, unless the program is not offered due to a lack of participants or in case of “Force majeure”.
In the unlikely event that MBS is closed in June/July 2025 due to “Force majeure” and/or the World Health Organization officially recommends the application of travel restrictions to France during the months of June/July 2025, enrolled participants would receive a full refund of the program fees.
Please note that, in the event of program cancellation, MBS cannot be held responsible for any travel, visa and/or any other expenses that prospective participants may have paid for before or after program cancellation.
It is the sole responsibility of participants to apply for and obtain their visa (if applicable) in a timely manner. In the case of rejection of visa application or late delivery of visa, students may request a refund if they can prove that they applied for the visa in due time and in accordance with the rules of the French Embassy/Consulate. In that case, MBS will retain 100€ for administrative costs.
Withdrawal policy
The participants can use their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of notification of their admission into the program by MBS.
HOW TO APPLY
- Who can apply ?
Undergraduate / Bachelor students from any academic background, or recent graduate with less than two years of work experience, are welcome to apply to MBS Summer School (100% taught in English).
- Application and enrollment deadlines
As the number of slots are limited, we recommend that you apply as early as possible.
- Early Bird registration deadline (only for non-partner universities students applying to the 4-week program)
Application deadline : March 20, 2025.
Applying during the Early Bird phase is strongly recommended for students who need a visa to enter France.
If you are admitted in the 4-week program as an “Early Bird” applicant, you shall make a full payment of the program fee and provide us with a proof of payment before March 31st, 2025, to guarantee your place.
Failure to do so will automatically cancel your admission without notice and your place will be freed up for another candidate.
- Standard registration deadline
Application deadline : April 30, 2025.
If you are admitted as a Standard phase applicant, you shall make a full payment of the program fee and provide us with a proof of payment within 7 calendar days after the date of admission into the program, to guarantee your place.
Failure to do so will automatically cancel your admission without notice and your place will be freed up for another candidate.
- Admission requirements and process
If you wish to apply for MBS Summer 2025 program, you must fill in and submit an online application form. Before you start your online registration, make sure that you have a scanned version or the following documents that you will have to upload before submitting your application :
- Curriculum Vitae in English
- Motivation letter in English
- Copy of National Identity Card or Passport
- Transcript of records for the current year if available, or a screenshot of your home university personal student area
- Certificate of University Enrollment (or Certificate of Company Employment, if applicable) – duly signed and stamped – issued by your Home University (or Company, if applicable) in the past 30 days
- Photograph with blank background (jpeg 100ko max. 90X116)
- Proof of English proficiency, including TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, Cambridge Certificates, among others (if you are not a native English speaker), or a letter from your home university certifying that you achieved at least a B2 level in English
Within approximately 5 working days after the submission of your application, we will inform you of the decision of our admission board, which is based on the provided documents (academic background and performance, English proficiency, motivation).
IMPORTANT: In order to benefit from the Partner School discount, you must be currently enrolled in a university/school with an ongoing exchange agreement with MBS School of Business.
