Associate Professor, Head of the Department of People and Organizations, and PhD in Organisation Studies from Lancaster University (UK). My research addresses issues of poverty and inequality within and beyond organisations. Most of my research projects have concentrated on the development of disadvantaged spaces such as favelas and the transformation of higher education.
