KOMAREV Iliya
Short Bio
Iliya Komarev joined MBS in October 2021 as Associate Professor and Director of the Bachelor Program. He then served as Director of the Master in Management Program for three years until August 2026.
Holder of a PhD in management sciences from the University of Bordeaux, he taught at INSEEC Bordeaux, then at EDHEC Business School before moving to Abu Dhabi and then to Morocco, where he held the position of Academic Director of the EM Lyon campus in Casablanca.
His research work covers the broad field of accounting, control and auditing, with a particular interest in the evolution and regulation of professions in these fields. He is also interested in the evolution of skills and the teaching of finance and accounting professions.
