Short Bio

Maria Luz Posada is a passionate Spanish professor dedicated to promoting intercultural understanding. For many years, she has used her native language to foster cross-cultural exchange, particularly through innovative projects that combine language, culture, and corporate social responsibility. Her courses at Montpellier Business School are designed to provide an immersive experience into the Hispanic world, blending active pedagogy with the exploration of new perspectives.

Throughout her career, Maria Luz has encouraged her students to engage in hands-on projects related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), such as a recently published case study at the CCPM on a CSR project in Colombia. This publication reflects Maria Luz’s commitment to teaching through action, directly linking academic knowledge to the real-world challenges of the professional landscape.

In addition to her role as a professor, Maria Luz founded "Cultura Latina," a company specializing in adult and university-level training, translation, and cultural facilitation. She has also been actively involved in humanitarian projects and academic events, highlighting her role as a catalyst for social change and pedagogical innovation.
