Director of the Bachelor and Master's programs and member of the Executive Committee until 2019. He holds a Ph.D. (2000) and a postgraduate diploma (HDR) (2012) in economics (2000). He has had a varied and international career. An active teacher-researcher in higher education for over 20 years, he held expert and management positions in key French government departments after his doctorate, first at the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (2001-2002) and then at the Competition Committee (2004-2006). At the same time, he continued his academic activity, teaching at several institutions (ESCP-EAP, Paris Sorbonne, Institut Télécom, ENSAE, University of Montpellier 1, ENA, Sciences-Po Paris, Polytechnique). He joined the School of Telecommunications Management in 2006 and became a lecturer, head of the Innovation research team (2007-2010), then Director of the Research Center and Director of Research at GFT (2010-2013). He then became the Academic Dean of the GFT Campus at Virginia Tech (USA) from 2014 to 2017. His research focuses on how companies strategically change their environment through platform strategies and open innovation.
