Short Bio

Dr. Li Li has been an Assistant Professor at Montpellier Business School since September 2011. She holds a Ph.D. in Finance (2011, Université Paris-Est, France). Her main research interests include financial communication, corporate governance, and information asymmetry. She has published the results of her doctoral research in both French and international journals (Journal of Retailing, Advances in International Accounting, Finance Contrôle Stratégie) and has presented her work at various international conferences such as the French Finance Association (AFFI) Conference, the European Accounting Association (EAA) Conference, and the Multinational Finance Conference (MFC).
