LELIGOIS Beverly

I joined Montpellier Business School in March 2011, following a rich and diverse professional journey. For over two decades, I successfully ran my own company specializing in financial investigations and global economic intelligence. Prior to joining MBS, I also taught for three years at the University of Montpellier, an experience that sparked a deeper passion for academia.

Driven by a desire to further integrate theory with practice, I pursued a Master’s degree at MBS while continuing to teach. Today, I serve as an Associate Professor specializing in Intercultural Management, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging), and Innovation Strategies. I have also proudly held the position of Head of the MSc in International Business for the past four years, where I personally recruit and manage a cohort of students representing around 25 nationalities each year.

In addition to my academic responsibilities, I provide consulting services to startups and established companies, helping them address intercultural challenges and foster more inclusive workplace environments. I also design and facilitate employee training programs in these areas.

My academic work extends beyond the classroom. I publish case studies and develop interactive learning tools—including digital games, board games, and immersive Escape Room experiences—that are specifically designed to encourage individuals to venture beyond their cultural comfort zones. My broader research interests include innovative educational methods, global responsibility, and cross-sector collaboration, particularly with the Business Pole of Sophia Antipolis, Europe’s largest technopole.

I am an active member of SIETAR (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research) and regularly lead coaching sessions and workshops for professionals. As a certified intercultural trainer, I have had the honor of receiving multiple Excellence in Teaching Awards over the past decade—a recognition of my ongoing commitment to impactful, inclusive, and forward-thinking education.
